Shipping Information

We ship worldwide from Japan via Japan Post (registered mail).
Delivery typically takes 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Please note that delays may occur due to customs procedures, holidays, or weather conditions. A tracking number will be provided with every order for your peace of mind.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ObiBiTokyo. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

  • Returns are accepted – contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of your request.

Conditions of Return

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • If the item is returned damaged or used, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value, as assessed by the seller.
